Tracking FAQ
My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours after your pickup for the tracking information to become active in our system. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please double-check the number for any typos. If it’s still not working, contact our support team directly.
How often is the tracking status updated?
Your shipment status is updated at key milestones in the moving process, such as when it’s picked up, when it leaves the origin city, when it arrives in the destination city, and when it’s out for final delivery.
Can I change my delivery address or date once it’s in transit?
Changes to the delivery address or date while a shipment is in transit may be possible but can result in additional charges and delays. It is critical to contact your move coordinator immediately to discuss your options if a change is needed.
